Day 6 of January 30 in 30

I took a little break for Day 6, didn't paint but created something which is still on theme - "Recycle" and "Repurpose".

Painting in acrylics I found has another benefit- all the dried out paints that looks colorfully delicious and just waiting to be peeled and made into something new

which I did.  Even forgot to sign it!

Here's my Day 6 "painting"

What a fun idea. I don’t paint in acrylic very often but I’m starting to enjoy using it for small paintings. I thought I'd share I was ordering some other art supplies from Jerry’s or ASW and saw the Trucolor gray Mijello palette. I have been using it about 6 months and it is great. I did learn the hard way that even though it has a great seal do not tilt the palette in your art bag or the paint will run because the inside slots are open. That being said the acrylic will keep for at least a month. Once the paint starts to harden I leave the top off and once dried just peel it off like you’ve done for your wonder piece of art today. Who knew, I've been throwing it away!
Happy Painting in the 30/30
